1. All participants for SEAL'06 are kindly requested to register. One author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by July 24, 2006! Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the Proceedings.

    (1) For pages beyond the eight page limit, every extra page charges US$80.00 (RMB640.00).
    (2) This registration fee covers the attendance of all technical sessions, coffee breaks, meals and one volume of the proceedings.
    (3) If one author has two or more papers accepted, every additional paper charges USD200.00 (or RMB1600.00). It is noted that this charge is only used for including additional papers in the proceedings, and does not cover any others, i.e, no additional proceedings, no additional meal tickets, and so on.
    (4) The tutorials are free for all participants who pay this registration fee, but the handout of tutorials should be paid separately. The handout of tutorials will be available at the conference. Every copy of the tutorial handout charges US$10.00 (or RMB80.00).

5. Please EMAIL a scanned copy of your bank transfer form to seal06@ustc.edu.cn or FAX your bank transfer form to +86-551-3601812. Also, please complete the registration form in PDF/ WORD format and email or fax it to us together with your bank transfer form.

6. SEAL'06 Organization Committee will help to arrange the accommodation of all participants. The accommodation fee is not included in the registration fee and need to be paid separately. The Dao-Xiang-Lou Hotel, recommended by SEAL'06 Organization Committee, will offer a discount accommodation fee for SEAL'06 participants. Please select “others” in the registration form if you arrange your accommodation by yourself. If you are a graduate student and need us to recommend a young inn, please contact with us directly.
